Main Galleries – bigger spaces, bigger story
There have always been ideas worth fighting for. Join a march through time following Britain’s struggle for democracy over two centuries. Meet the revolutionaries, reformers, workers, voters and citizens who fought our battle for the ballot. Gather amongst their magnificent banners and discover how time off was won (and spent).
Changing Exhibition Gallery – a change for the better
Extra room for topical touring exhibitions or a chance to see more of the museum’s amazing collections. Find out inside what’s on this season.
Engine Hall – putting the community in the driving seat
The Community Gallery in the newly restored Engine Hall is where local groups can display their own work. Interested in exhibiting? Contact: exhibitions@phm.org.uk
For Kids – now even more family friendly!
With hands-on stuff in every gallery and regular activities for children, the museum is more family friendly than ever. For children aged 3-6 make sure you pick up a Busy Bee explorer pack, full of fun items to help them discover the museum. Plus you can picnic in the Engine Hall.
