By Train & Tram

MetrolinkA comprehensive choice of fast, frequent services will take you to almost anywhere around the North West. There's a wide range of tickets to suit every need. Manchester's Metrolink tram network, allows easy travel in the city centre and further afield with routes from Bury, Altrincham and Eccles running through the city centre. First Transpennine Express Trains runs an inter-city train service on three main routes across the North of England. Linking Liverpool, Manchester, the Lake District and beyond.

By Ferry

Travel between Liverpool and Manchester via historic Ship Canal, on the Mersey Ferries pleasure cruise service.

By Coach & BusCoach travel

National Express Coaches provide services throughout the region that will take you from one city or town to another. Local bus networks such as First, Stagecoach and Arriva service venues that are not directly accessible from the main cities or towns.
