Discover Lancashire and Cheshire from your saddle this autumn with our brand new heritage cycle trails!
After the success of our Manchester Heritage Cycle trail we have developed 2 new trails. The Cheshire trail takes you from the amazing feat of engineering Anderton Boat Lift across the beautiful Cheshire countryside down to the Weaver Hall Museum where you can discover the tales and history of West Cheshire.
Or, cycle through Lancashire's landscape, discovering the place that once led the worlds cotton production. On your way visit the places that tell you the stories of the past including Gawthorpe Hall, Queen St Mill Textile Museum, The Weaver's Triangle and Towneley Hall.
Find the trails at Tourist Information Centres across the region or click on the links below to download them.
