The Library Theatre Company’s unique, sell out production of Hard Times takes place in the atmospheric and authentic setting of Murrays’ Mills in Ancoats 8 June – 2 July.
Hard Times is Charles Dickens’ novel of the industrial North West, a dramatic story of remarkable events in a 19th century mill town. The audience is immersed into the world of Coketown, with circus, music and a sometimes grotesquely comic edge all in the rich mix of this truly Dickensian event.
